Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations, recruitment, and performance management within our manufacturing environment. You will partner with site leaders to drive engagement, compliance, and talent development across our 18+ facilities.

Formación

• 3+ years of general HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Develop leaders and enable direct manager-employee communications.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions for current and future needs.
• Interpret engagement data and collaborate with leaders on action plans.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct regular floor walks to build relationships with employees.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Support onboarding, performance processes, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and coordinate trainings.
