Job summary

Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist based in Bradford, PA. This full-time role supports employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and HR administration across the site.

You will build strong relationships with management and unions, conduct trainings on policies and benefits, and maintain accurate records in ADP. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in union/manufacturing.
• Experience with ADP and payroll administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Handle employee relations issues including investigations, warnings, discipline, and terminations.
• Assist with union grievance processing.
• Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and background checks.
• Conduct training on policies and benefits.
• Own Time & Attendance, Payroll and ADP administration.
• Generate weekly HR reports.
• Lead site-wide HR projects.
