Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Columbia, PA is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support employee relations, investigations, and labor relations across a manufacturing workforce of 800+ employees. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle day-to-day HR operations on a unionized site.

You will partner with frontline leaders to enforce policies, manage unemployment claims, support recruitment for hourly roles, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or unionized settings.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and policy administration.
• Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.
• HRIS/HRMS proficiency; MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Manager on employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor and build relationships with union representatives.
• Support labor relations activities, including contract interpretation and grievance administration.
• Manage unemployment claims, documentation, responses, and hearings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies; support onboarding and benefits administration.
• Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist with recruitment for hourly manufacturing roles.
