Mohave County's Human Resources Generalist role in Kingman, AZ invites a motivated, organized professional to help coordinate wellness programs, run training, and support employee success. The position runs Monday–Friday, offers benefits, and requires travel.

You will develop orientation and HR training, publish a weekly benefits newsletter, manage open enrollment, and represent the county at job fairs and community events while collaborating with departments and vendors to advance HR programs.

Formación

• Requires an associate degree in HR, business, or related field and 3 years of HR experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and wellness programs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate wellness programs, screenings, Lunch and Learn, and recognition events.
• Manage workforce development training and Supervisory Academy.
• Develop and present New Employee Orientation and HR training.
• Create and distribute the weekly HR and Benefits newsletter.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and benefits education.
• Administer Service Award Program and Healthy Arizona Worksites program.
• Represent Mohave County at job fairs and community events.
• Manage projects and collaborate with departments, vendors, and partners.
