RBM Partners in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage and serve as the primary HR resource during this transition. The role combines recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR administration.

Qualifications

3+ years of Human Resources experience.
Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Support employees and managers with HR questions, coaching, performance discussions, and employee relations matters.
Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR recordkeeping through ADP TotalSource.
Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
