Job summary

RBM Partners in Edwardsville, IL is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage and serve as the primary HR resource during this transition. The role combines recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR operations.

You will partner with leaders, manage ADP TotalSource tasks, ensure policy compliance, and help foster a positive workplace culture while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
