Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR roles with a generalist focus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation and paperwork.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and investigations.
• Support performance management, goal setting, and evaluations.
• Develop training programs and facilitate sessions on HR topics.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; assist EEO/ADA/FMLA efforts.
