Job summary

EOS, a dynamic Additive Manufacturing company, seeks an HR Generalist to support the North America region from Novi, MI. You will partner with managers to implement people strategies, oversee recruitment, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the HR team, leverage Workday and ADP, manage HR data, and ensure compliance with employment laws while contributing to EOS culture and growth worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with North America division responsibilities.
• Lead staffing: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire processes.
• Collaborate with HR Generalist on projects and initiatives.
• Manage employee data in Workday as a Business Partner.
• Prepare monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now and handle 401k contributions.
• Support internship programs and benefit programs.
• Record changes across HRIS systems and ensure compliance with laws.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and EOS culture.
• Handle ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
