Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 4–6 years progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP or PHR).
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding and offers.
• Partner with managers to support efficient hiring and positive candidate experience.
• Administer onboarding, I-9 completion, policy acknowledgments, and new-hire records.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, leave processes, and COBRA/state leaves where applicable.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and confidential personnel matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR process improvements.
