Job summary

Eccalon LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The role covers staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits, with responsibility for creating and applying HR policies in line with laws.

The HR Generalist will handle onboarding, employee relations, and policy development, collaborating across departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience and ongoing employee support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a generalist role.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies and provide guidance for business operations.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and employment matters.
• Develop HR objectives and systems, including metrics and reports for company requirements.
• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and update policies as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientations and exit interviews.
