Job summary

Eckart Supply is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR Operations, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration and HR compliance. You will partner with local leadership to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, handling payroll workflows and employee data.

You will maintain HRIS data, assist with benefits and payroll processes, and help plan employee events and engagement initiatives while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or HR or equivalent experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent pipeline in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and pre-employment activities.
