Job summary

Hotstart, Inc. in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle.

You will assist with hiring, interviewing, benefits and leave administration, policy enforcement, and cultivating a productive workplace culture for 250+ employees. You will partner with leadership to implement talent strategies, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, manage HRIS data, and provide guidance to managers on performance, development, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years HR experience preferred, ideally in a similar-sized company.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to implement HR strategies related to talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.
• Promotes culture, values and employee engagement.
• Provides guidance to directors and staff on complex HR issues and investigations.
• Supports talent acquisition including recruitment and interviewing for managerial and professional roles.
• Analyzes compensation/benefits trends and supports pay programs.
• Partners on performance management and learning initiatives.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Keeps up with HR trends and technologies.
