Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon seeks a proactive HR Generalist to partner with the Spokane, Washington facility, leading day-to-day people support and HR activities. You will collaborate with site leadership, supervisors, and employees on employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, and HR administration.

A key objective is workforce expansion and capability development—attracting, hiring, onboarding, training, and retaining skilled workers to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Spokane site and support leadership.
• Lead employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, and HR administration.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract skilled talent.
• Partner with site leadership to translate growth plans into workforce needs.
• Build onboarding, training, and career-path programs.
