Job summary

Woodstream in Lititz, PA is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, relations, and compliance. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, bilingual ability, and proficiency with ADP/HRIS. On-site work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field, or 2–3 years HR experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HRIS/ADP; ATS experience a plus.
• Ability to travel between Lancaster County locations and occasional subsidiaries

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring for open positions; collaborates with managers on skills and competencies.
• Coordinates onboarding and orientation for hourly and salaried roles.
• Supports compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance and talent management, and training.
• Maintains HR data accuracy in ADP/HRIS and generates HR reports.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local employment regulations and HR policies.
