Clarity Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a growing healthcare organization’s Corporate HR team in Richmond, VA. You will support employee-focused HR programs, benefits administration, LOA, workers' compensation, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and ready to partner with leadership to improve the employee experience, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and maintain accurate HR records across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Strong experience in benefits administration, leave management, and workers' compensation.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leadership on policies and employee relations.
• Manage Leave of Absence programs including FMLA and state leaves.
• Oversee workers' compensation administration with teams and providers.
• Administer employee benefits and enrollment processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with leadership to address employee concerns and culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and workforce data.
• Support wellness, engagement, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
