Job summary

Offix is seeking an HR Generalist with 3–5 years of recruiting and HR experience. The role covers on-boarding, documentation, staff development, and team-building, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws. Travel to VA offices may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, SHRM certification (preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with management and staff.

Qualifications
