Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support operations across benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations within our medical practices.

The role partners with leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and to foster a positive workplace culture through effective HR practices. Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years HR experience with a workforce of 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• HR certification (preferred but not required).
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
• Experience managing FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
