Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, employee changes, terminations, I-9 compliance, and background checks. You will maintain confidential files, handle audits, and support leave and ADA administration while partnering with finance and Talent Acquisition to enhance the employee experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in onboarding and HRIS, a bachelor’s degree, strong data skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience focusing on onboarding, changes, terminations, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new hire processing and changes; coordinate with talent acquisition and finance.
• Maintain employee files and respond to access requests.
• Develop training materials and routine HR correspondence.
