ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

The role partners with leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and HR best practices, manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain records, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years HR experience with 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• HR certification preferred but not required.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor law standards, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing FMLA, ADA, and other federal and state leave and accommodation programs.
