Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of HR experience with 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and engagement.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• HR certification preferred but not required.
• Ensure compliance with employment and labor law standards, OSHA.

Responsibilities
