Job summary

Sun Orchard in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This role handles payroll administration, onboarding, benefits support, compliance, and HRIS management, ensuring accurate payroll through ADP Workforce Now and a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
• Knowledge of HR laws, payroll practices, and employment compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Review time and attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and coordinate with ADP as needed.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
• Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities.
• Prepare and process offer approvals/letters and new hire paperwork.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding training.
• Manage I-9 verification and E-Verify processes.
• Partner with hiring managers for smooth onboarding.
