Magellan Aerospace Corporation in Haverhill, MA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR programs, benefits, recruitment, onboarding and records maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication and organizational skills, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Human Resources Management or Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing environment or dealing with a diverse population.
• Minimum 3–5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the HR function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Experience working with HRIS databases.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain employee data on HRIS and related systems.
• Administer health and welfare benefits, vacation, and retirement programs.
• Lead talent acquisition processes from application to hire and conduct orientation.
• Maintain HR records and file retention according to laws.
• Prepare period end reports and manage hourly seniority listings.
• Coordinate and execute HR programs and employee training.
• Support security/clearance requirements as needed.
