Menzies Aviation in Tampa seeks an HR Coordinator to support recruitment and employee relations within a designated area. You will work with managers to identify staffing needs, screen applicants, interview candidates, and help with postings and onboarding processes.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and basic IT skills. Valid driver’s license and compliance with health and safety guidelines are expected.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or two-year college, or three+ years related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities in HR for a specific area, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Identify personnel needs and qualifications with management and supervisors.
• Screen applications, interview candidates, and provide information about the organization.
• Develop and coordinate internal job postings and advertising across media.
• Conduct new employee orientation and assist in benefits enrollment.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support in investigations and resolution of employee grievances.
