• 3 years progressive HR experience including employee relations and HRIS.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Strong generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee-related databases and prepare reports.
• Communicate HR policies and laws with local management.
• Conduct workplace investigations when concerns arise.
• Counsel managers on employment issues and progressive discipline.
• Assist with wages, promotions, and HR processes.
• Administer benefits enrollment and leaves of absence.
