Job summary

Great Dane is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support all HR functions, including staffing, HRIS, compensation/benefits, employee relations and talent development in a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

You will manage HRIS data and reporting, lead recruitment efforts, administer benefits enrollment, and assist with policy administration and compliance, partnering with management to improve engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IO Psychology and 2+ years with HRIS
• 3 years progressive HR experience including employee relations and HRIS
• PHR/SPHR certifications preferred
• Strong analytical, recruiting, and MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee databases and generate reports.
• Communicate HR policies to local management.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on disciplinary steps.
• Assist with wages, promotions, and HR processes.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting and offer negotiations.
• Input data into HRIS and manage personnel documents.
• Administer benefits enrollment and leave requests.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
