Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support all HR functions, including staffing, HRIS administration, benefits, and employee relations. The role involves policy administration, training coordination, and organizational development initiatives across the workforce.

You will partner with managers on policy implementation and help ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial/Organizational Psychology and related experience.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience including employee relations and HRIS.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Strong generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee databases and prepare reports for HR and company needs.
• Partner with management to communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
• Advise managers on progressive discipline and employment issues.
• Assist with wages, promotions, benefits enrollment, and leaves of absence.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Input and maintain HRIS data; process employment documents and status changes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
• Support engagement activities and employee relations initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and assist with HR projects as needed.
