Job summary

Lineage in McDonough, GA is seeking an HR professional to support all HR activities at the site and partner with leaders to drive business performance. You will administer policies, handle payroll and benefits issues, ensure legal compliance, and foster a safe, inclusive work environment while supporting talent acquisition needs.

This is an entry-to-mid level role ideal for someone starting their HR career who values accuracy, teamwork, and service excellence in a manufacturing or distribution

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year progressive HR or related field experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, visible, and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leaders to drive business performance and provide a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Manage the implementation of HR basics and support improvements toward the HR vision.
• Partner with site leaders and the HR CoE to meet talent acquisition needs.
• Assist with site pay changes and adherence to the total rewards program.
