Tyson Foods in Springdale, AR is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to support the Global Benefits Team in managing H&W and retirement programs. You will partner with senior leaders to implement plans, build analytics, and ensure compliant, efficient administration.

The role requires collaboration across teams, strong communication, and the ability to handle complex projects with accuracy. This is an on-site position with limited travel and a focus on data-driven benefits management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of HR experience in H&W; knowledge of pharmacy plans preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills; HR reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director and VP of Benefits in developing and managing all benefits and retirement programs.
• Create and present data analytics reports.
• Coordinate with vendors; develop procedures for admin tasks.
• Support benefit policy administration and compliance efforts (ERISA audits, disclosures).
• Provide Tier 3 support for H&W and funding processes; ensure timely postings.
• Run payroll/HRIS reports to aid plan administration.
