Job summary

The HR Generalist will recruit and interview candidates, conduct background checks, manage new hire orientation, and administer HR programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR management experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP knowledge is a plus.
