Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
10+ years in human resources with global manufacturing exposure.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker able to influence senior leadership.
Experience in large, global high-tech environments preferred.
Proficient with Excel (pivot, lookups) and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

Execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business strategy, employee needs and engagement.
Serve as trusted advisor to employees and leadership, capable of influencing, challenging, and coaching.
Building relationships, coaching leaders on complex employee relations matters, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
Coach leadership on employee relations, accountability, and conflict resolution while adhering to company policies and values.
Support workforce planning, identifying critical roles, capabilities, and gaps to ensure alignment with long term growth objectives.
Leverage HR data analytics to identify trends and drive business decisions.
