Job summary

Amkor Technology, Inc. is seeking an HR Talent Manager who identifies, nurtures, and retaining top talent while leading learning and development initiatives across the organization.

The role partners with HR and executives to drive succession planning, engagement, and leadership development, with a hybrid Tempe, AZ work arrangement and relocation consideration for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking, leadership, and a passion for employee development.
• 6+ years HR leadership in manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Broad understanding of employment law, ER, org planning and development, and training.
• Ability to collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Staffing, HRIS.
• Influence and credibility across levels with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key positions and potential successors; design career development paths.
• Foster employee engagement through surveys, focus groups and discussions.
• Design and implement training programs aligned with goals.
• Track talent metrics and generate reports to improve strategies.
• Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Collaborate with HR functions and executives to drive initiatives.
