Job summary

Starz is seeking an HR Generalist in New York to provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle with a focus on Talent Acquisition coordination and candidate experience.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence while also delivering on-site office services and facilities support for the NY office to ensure a smooth, professional workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with recruitment workflows and candidate experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR Generalist for Talent Acquisition coordination and candidate experience.
• Provide first-level guidance on HR policies and escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners.
• Execute lifecycle changes (jobs, transfers, promotions, terminations) with proper documentation.
• Coordinate requisitions, interview logistics, and offer-related workflows with hiring teams.
• Support onboarding, new-hire readiness, IT/facilities coordination, and office operations.
• Partner with COEs on data audits, position management, and recruiting reporting.
• Maintain on-site office services for the New York office and assist events and employee experience initiatives.
