Job summary

Versant is seeking an HR Generalist for MSNOW in New York. You will provide full-cycle HR support and collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to deliver day-to-day guidance and drive employee engagement.

You will manage staffing, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and HR analytics, while coordinating with Payroll, Benefits and Talent Acquisition to resolve issues and advance strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advise employees and leaders professionally.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation planning, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for MSNOW employees, partnering with HRBPs and leaders.
• Support staffing, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compensation planning, reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate on employee engagement, retention, organizational design, and diversity initiatives; provide guidance on employee relations.
