Job summary

CLT Recruiters in New York City is seeking an HR Generalist to help the company hire better, keep great people, and stay compliant with federal, NY state, and NYC employment laws. You will partner with the COO and senior managers across recruiting, onboarding, retention, records, policy, and safety training.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, structured interviews, onboarding, and maintaining OSHA records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience across HR Generalist duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of federal, NY State, and NYC employment law.
• Clear, accurate written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
