Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid role based in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position focuses on administering programs, benefits, leave management, compliance, HR systems, and employee relations while partnering with leadership to advance organizational objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR with 3–5 years HR experience or a master’s in HR management with 2 years of experience, plus SHRM/PHR certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR required or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in HR Management preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of HR programs and processes.
• Maintain HRIS records and payroll documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and lifecycle events for employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and programs.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
• Assist in HR compliance and reporting initiatives.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
