Job summary

TWB, a Worthington Steel joint venture, is seeking an HR Generalist to work across the employee lifecycle and partner with leaders to build strong teams. You will influence policies, guide employee relations, and help drive a positive work culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll handle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll and leave programs while developing talent and delivering practical HR solutions that support business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, ideally in manufacturing or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Broad HR experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, guiding on policies and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried positions with Talent Acquisition.
• Support onboarding, orientation, changes and offboarding to create a positive experience.
• Administer and support benefits programs, including enrollment and open enrollment.
• Assist payroll-related activities, timekeeping, wage and tax information.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices and applicable laws.
