CFS in Fishers, IN is seeking an HR Generalist to join a growing team. You will impact employees directly by partnering with leadership and shaping workplace culture through day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR experience, a BA/BS in HR or related field, and hands-on knowledge of HRIS, compliance, and employment laws. This on-site role offers competitive salary between $70,000 and $85,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and employee record management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and hiring activities.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure employee data accuracy.
• Support benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, and workplace issues.
