Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related HR experience/equivalent administrative experience.
• High level of competence in interpersonal communication, computer orientation, and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director with full cycle recruitment of all certified, classified, and substitute openings.
• Conduct comprehensive orientations for staff, leading benefits enrollment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain the district's online library of Board approved job descriptions and substitute management system.
• Maintain compliance with EEOC, FERPA, FMLA, and FLSA requirements.
