Orchard Farm School District in Missouri is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Director with human resources operations and provide administrative personnel services for district staff. The role includes full cycle recruitment, onboarding for new hires, benefits enrollment, maintenance of job descriptions, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Strong organizational skills and HRIS proficiency are important in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of related HR experience/equivalent administrative experience.
• High level of competence in interpersonal communication, computer orientation, and clerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Director with full cycle recruitment of all certified, classified, and substitute openings.
• Conduct comprehensive orientations for staff, leading benefits enrollment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain the district's online library of Board approved job descriptions and substitute management system.
• Maintain compliance with EEOC, FERPA, FMLA, and FLSA requirements.
