Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 3+ years HR experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Understanding of labor laws and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administers core HR programs and promotes a safe, compliant workplace.
• Maintains confidential employment records and HRIS data.
• Updates HRIS and generates reports as needed.
• Conducts new hire orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Coordinates employee relations issues and training sessions.
• Supports workers’ compensation and safety initiatives.
