You will manage core HR programs, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and safety initiatives to drive efficiency and employee engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of HR experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations; discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR and Operations teams by administering core HR programs.
• Maintains employment records confidentially and handles new hire paperwork and benefit forms.
• Updates HRIS for HR, Benefits, and Payroll processing and compiles reports.
• Conducts new hire orientation and annual benefits enrollment.
• Coordinates employee relations issues for prompt resolution.
• Maintains weekly, monthly, and annual metrics.
• Assists with safety training, workers’ compensation, and incident investigations with EH&S.
• Contributes to performance management processes and communications.
