Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Partner with managers on employee relations matters, investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Support performance management, coaching, attendance management, and policy application.
• Assist recruiting, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee separation activities.
• Coordinate leave, accommodations, workers' compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data.
