TCWGlobal is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR Shared Services team, providing hands‑on support across the employee lifecycle. This role blends day‑to‑day HR, performance management, lifecycle administration, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience, good judgment in employee and manager situations, and a mindset for improving processes and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience.
• Broad knowledge of the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, performance, leaves.
• Experience partnering with people leaders on performance and employee situations.
• Experience with HRIS and HR technology; ticketing systems preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions.
• Partner with people leaders on performance management and employee situations.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, status changes, and offboarding.
• Provide first‑line support related to benefits, payroll, leaves, and HR policies.
• Support terminations, reorganizations, and reductions in force with documentation and communications.
• Coordinate employment verifications, unemployment processes, immigration administration, and contingent worker lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate HRIS transactions, employee records, and case documentation.
• Support HRBPs with reporting, documentation, data, and operational HR needs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and leverage technology, automation, and AI.
