Comtech Industries, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Human Resources Generalist to own day‑to‑day HR across manufacturing, field operations, and corporate functions.

The role partners with leaders and employees, requiring organization, independence, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced setting. The position is onsite with limited remote flexibility (4 days onsite / 1 remote per week) in Washington, PA, offering a comprehensive compensation package and 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 3+ years progressive HR experience, or Associate’s with 5+ years.
• Experience independently managing multiple HR functions.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance (FLSA, ADA, OSHA, Workers’ Comp).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Self-directed learner able to independently close skill gaps.

Mansioni

• Oversee Recruiting & Staffing for exempt, non-exempt, temporary and field positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment I-9, background checks, drug screens, and DOT medical requirements.
• Administer benefits programs and 401(k), manage open enrollment.
• Handle Leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD) and compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain HRIS data and Form I-9 compliance; support HR compliance reporting.
