Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves of absence.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding to ensure compliant, welcoming experiences.
• Handle employee relations and HR reporting, maintain HRIS data integrity.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee training initiatives.
• Provide payroll support and coordinate payroll changes and timekeeping.
