Job summary

EHM Senior Solutions in Saline, MI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support benefit administration and core HR operations. You will deliver accurate employee support, maintain reliable records, and ensure HR processes align with applicable regulations.

In this role, you will manage benefits offerings, assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR data with confidentiality, and partner with vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with Paycom HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits (health, retirement, disability, wellness).
• Guide employees through benefit selections and life events with timely support.
• Partner with vendors and third parties to address escalations and maintain program delivery.
• Review invoices and payroll deductions for accuracy against elections.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Process updates: new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves, separations; prepare documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a consistent employee experience.
• Administer leave programs; track docs and communicate eligibility and steps.
• Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR metrics; support employment regulations adherence.
• Support HRIS activities, maintaining accurate data and payroll-impacting information.
