Job summary

Lad Lake, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, benefits, and HRIS maintenance. The role acts as a liaison among candidates, employees, and leadership, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes in a mission-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating interviews, administering leave (FMLA), and ensuring data integrity in HRIS while partnering with leaders to support a thriving workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment requirements.
• Benefits and HRIS experience.
• ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• SHRM-CP preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and extend offers.
• Oversee onboarding administration.
• Administer benefits and leave programs.
• Manage HRIS data and employee records.
• Handle HR transactions and reporting.
• Support HR compliance across processes.
