Job summary

With a friendly, professional demeanor, you will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, supporting internal customers and vendors while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Human Resources preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• HR software experience desired.
• Professionalism in the workplace and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: posting positions, screening applications, interviewing.
• Learn and assist with HR responsibilities across the team.
• Maintain personnel records per HR regulations.
• Process enrollments, changes, terminations in benefit plans.
• Participate on Safety Committee and improve employee safety.
• Conduct new employee onboarding.
• Analyze and process FMLA and Short-Term Disability benefits.
• Follow through on projects with deadline pressures.
• Communicate information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
