Job summary

Fralock seeks a Human Resources Generalist in Milpitas, CA to partner with leadership across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and offboarding in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will maintain HRIS data, support benefits and leaves, ensure compliance with California employment laws, and help drive employee engagement across multiple sites. Requires a Bachelor’s in HR and experience with high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of California labor and employment law.
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Serve as HR resource on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain HRIS data for hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and payroll changes.
• Support payroll and timekeeping processes and leaves of absence.
• Coordinate benefits administration and return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate training and performance reviews and compensation processes.
• Manage separations and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and prepare HR reports.
• Support multi-site HR needs and process improvements.
