Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and develop sourcing strategies.
• Assist benefits administration, open enrollment, and ACA reporting support.
• Support 401(k) eligibility, audits, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate OSHA records, safety training, and compliance activities.
• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and employee relations.
• Coordinate monthly travel between locations for orientations and recruiting events.

Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with the Senior HR Manager to support all HR functions across multiple locations. This role will focus heavily on recruiting, compliance, benefits administration, OSHA coordination, employee support, and HR operations while helping build scalable HR processes to support continued company growth. The HR Generalist must be proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Recruiting
