Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.

You will source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, bar associations, and professional networks, review resumes, and screen applicants as you coordinate interviews with leadership. You will also maintain the ATS and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, legal, or corporate positions preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
